Today we put Chelsie's handprints on the poem that has hung on the wall with Wes' and Kelly's poem for years, waiting for Chelsie to add her prints around Mother's Day in her Kindergarten year. Now we have a completed wall, and a great comparison of our children's handprints at age 6. Chelsie was very excited to put her hands in the ink, but Mom was not so excited when the ink didn't want to come off. We scrubbed and scrubbed but it looks like Chelsie may have a shadow on her hands for a few days. Since her skin is so sensitive we're very hesitant to try anything too harsh to take the ink off, and she thinks it's quite funny. So did Scott....while I was busy freaking out and scrubbing away, he was busy taking pictures of the whole ordeal. So here
we are sharing our colorful mishap....

That is sooo cool. I wish I had done something like that with my kids. And with the baby pics on the bottom, you can compare who looked like who. You're so creative!
April, love the new look of your blog! Its fun isn't it! I am inspired by you to add my kids fingerprints to a special poem in our house too!
